About Founder
Ana Rivera wanted to realize the dream of having a 100% national brand where the talent of Guatemalan women was made known.
The dream of an entrepreneur

Amalas was born from an idea that was materialized using pieces of cloth and mixing them with typical original details, which through many trial and error processes allowed the creation of an original manual product, solving the problem that arose with the possibility that the pieces will fade, achieving at the same time that it was friendly and resistant to water. Pieces different from what the market offers today.

Always highlighting the craft value and empowerment of Guatemalan women, a work team formed by dressmakers and artisans is formed. Amalas builds job opportunities so that women can achieve their dreams and confirms their sense of belonging in the country.
